A Home Report is a document designed to provide buyers with more information about homes they are thinking of buying before they submit an offer. You, or more likely your selling solicitor, will be required to have a copy before your home is advertised for sale and to make a copy available to interested buyers of your home.
The Home Report includes three separate reports; a Property Questionnaire; a Single Survey; and an Energy Performance Report.

The million dollar question! Statistically, the average selling time is 18 weeks in the current market but this can vary hugely, sometimes as quickly as a week.
"Missives" are the formal letters passing between the selling and the purchasing solicitors, them dealing with the finer points of the Conveyancing transaction which will finally be concluded. You should be kept involved throughout this process, as the solicitor is your agent and can only act with your express or implied instructions.
