Selling Property in Scotland - The Process

We will help you every step of the way in the capacity of both your estate agent and your solicitor.

We manage the marketing of your property and handle any initial transactions and documentation.
Upon an offer being made, we will discuss with you and negotiate the contract on your behalf with the Buyer's solicitor.
Once an agreement has been reached, we will then finalise the various aspects of the contract including title deeds, land registrations, missives and entry dates, and all paperwork involved in the legal transfer of property.
