The Lints Partnership was formed in 1990 with the aim of providing a professional property sales and purchase service, at competitive cost and with the emphasis very much on friendly and personal service.

Having grown rapidly since that time, our operation has extended into a recently opened state-of-the-art property showroom, yet still retains the personal touch and an all inclusive fixed-fee structure. We are now one of Edinburgh's foremost domestic property lawyers and estate agents, dealing with well in excess of 2000 property transactions each year.

The firm is now one of the major firms involved in residential property transactions in Edinburgh.Lints property is the sales side of the business with a dedicated sales team operating from a purpose built property sales centre which is open 6 days a week.All clients are dealt with on a highly personal basis by our extremely professional and dedicated staff, which are always available to deal with any client questions and queries. All staff are highly experienced and can deal with all situations.
